Walk the Talk Coaching helps you stay grounded and resilient both in good and more challenging times.
We are passionate believers in the joy of learning and the possibilities for growth and development through life from early childhood right through to our later years. We know there are times when such possibilities may seem to be disrupted or held back.
Our purpose is to help you arrive at creative approaches and solutions when such moments arise so that you can move forward with enlightened confidence
We offer services ranging from bespoke 1:2:1 coaching to group workshops that give opportunities to step away from the immediate clamour of everyday demands, reflect in a safe, non-judgemental space, find clarity and problem-solve.
You are also encouraged to look after your own health and well-being so that you feel refreshed and energised and avert the risk of disengagement, exhaustion or burn-out.
For this, we recommend activities which are not only physically beneficial but help regulate stress, calm and free the mind. These include:
- walking in nature and beautiful surroundings
- interacting with the arts
